Meet Chris Ward…experienced strategist, speaker and facilitator.
He has an undergraduate degree in economics as well as an MBA from the University of Toronto. He has held senior positions in retail, manufacturing, distribution and service businesses. Through firsthand experience with one of Canada's largest retailers, he learned the fundamentals of customer satisfaction and branding.
He has worked as a senior marketing consultant with a national firm of management consultants; as vice president sales and marketing for a multi-divisional manufacturer of school and writing papers; and as vice president merchandising for a successful home centre operation. He was the co-founder of an electronic security company that has grown through acquisition and merger to become one of the largest in its field.
As founder and CEO of Riverhorse America he has worked with numerous clients in he private, public and not-for-profit sectors to build heavyweight brands. He has played a lead role in developing brands for national associations, financial institutions, professional service firms and consumer and business-to-business products.
As a seminar leader and workshop facilitator, his delivery and content have garnered high praise from participants in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
