Waterloo Regional Tourism Marketing Corporation was formed in 2007 for the express purpose of promoting the Waterloo Region as a year-round travel destination.
Representing eight municpal governments and numerous tourism operators, one of the Corporation's early challenges was to develop a five-year strategic plan with which all partners could agree.
