Royal Canadian Golf Association

The Royal Canadian Golf Association, governing body for Canadian golf, retained Riverhorse to examine its brand and make recommendations on positioning the organization for the future. Through research conducted with internal and external stakeholders, a facilitated workshop and a review of industry best practices, we identified a number of positioning gaps that required attention. Working closely with management we developed a brand strategy based on a revised brand promise, and mapped out the route the organization will take to reposition itself in the marketplace. Today, the RCGA is benefiting from a renewed staff commitment, and a greater sensitivity to the interests of organizations aligned with it.
