B2B Trust is a federally chartered trust company providing a variety of financial products to financial advisors, deposit and mortgage brokers and mutual fund and insurance manufacturers. In advance of an all-out effort to position the company for even greater success in the future, management invited Riverhorse to develop and stage an all-day employee branding workshop that would be both educational and fun.
Using a variety of techniques including a simulated quiz show in which employees won prizes for correctly answering brand-related questions and facilitated breakout groups designed to develop mini-action plans for strengthening B2B Trust's market position, our mandate was fully achieved.
